3. EQUIPMENT APPLICATION
This equipment is mainly used for heat preservation of molten aluminum in the process of metal die-casting, casting, uniform organization, and temperature adjustment. The molten bath is made of aluminum alloy special refractory cast as a whole, which is resistant to aluminum liquid erosion and penetration, and does not stick to slag. This furnace uses silicon carbide rods as heating elements. The silicon carbide rods are suspended above the molten bath to directly radiate and heat the molten aluminum.
